Smart Farm Integration

Automated Spray Operations & Plant Health Monitoring

Our drone services are fully integrated with the Agentic Ag dashboard ecosystem — from autonomous chemical mixing to automated pest scouting and spray records.

Agentic Ag Control Centre — Autobatcher Dashboard

Autobatch Trailer & Control Centre

Our field-deployable auto-refill station automates chemical mixing on-site. A 1000L IBC water tank, 200L mixing tank, and 20L chemical drum with peristaltic dosing pump deliver precise mix ratios directly to the drone. Control fill-water, dose-chemical, agitate, and fill-drone operations from the dashboard control centre — no manual measuring or drum handling.

  • Weather station with Delta T spray go/no-go conditions
  • Recipe calculator — select chemical, area, rate, get exact mix
  • Live tank levels and relay status on dashboard
  • Drone telemetry relay (battery, tank, GPS) via Starlink
  • Works with tractors and self-driving vehicles too
Agentic Ag Pest and Disease Spray Planning Dashboard

Automated Plant Health & Spray Planning

The Agentic Ag dashboard automates your plant health requirements — notifying you of upcoming monitoring windows for various crops, raising in-field scouting forms, and routing them through to spray requests and flight planning. All records are kept for compliance and audit.

  • Crop-specific monitoring windows and alerts
  • In-field scouting forms → spray request workflow
  • Flight planning synced with DJI FlightHub 2
  • APVMA withholding period enforcement per paddock
  • Spray records, flight logs, and chemical audit trail

Why Choose Us

Agronomic Expertise Meets Digital Innovation

We don't just fly drones — we understand the science behind the decisions.

Grounded in Agricultural Science

BSc Horticulture. Every spray program and NDVI interpretation is backed by real agronomic knowledge — plant physiology, soil chemistry, pest and disease cycles, and the science behind chemical selection, timing, and rates.

Multi-Industry Field Experience

Cotton, sugarcane, horticulture, nursery, macadamia, blueberry, and broadacre. We understand the unique pressures of each — spray windows, ratoon management, IPM, and propagation cycles.

Digital, Data & AI Capability

Photogrammetry, NDVI analytics, and thermal interpretation — feeding the Agentic Ag ecosystem: Red Dog for telemetry, Botanist for plant health, Farmyard for whole-of-farm decisions.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you service?

We service Northern NSW including Grafton, Lismore, Casino, Coffs Harbour, Glen Innes, Maclean, Yamba, Kyogle, Ballina, Byron Bay, Kempsey, Tenterfield, Dorrigo, Bellingen, Evans Head, and surrounding areas. Based at Buccarumbi in the Clarence Valley.

Are you CASA certified?

Yes. We hold a CASA Remote Operator's Certificate (ReOC), CASA RePL multirotor rating up to 50kg with advanced aerial spraying endorsement, and an Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC). All operations are fully compliant with CASA regulations.

What crops can you spray?

We spray macadamia, sugarcane, blueberry, pasture, coffee, avocado, citrus, and most broadacre and horticultural crops. We can apply herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, liquid fertilisers, and broadcast seed. Chemical application requires ReOC chemical authorisation and NSW Pesticides Act compliance — we handle all regulatory requirements.

How much does drone spraying cost?

Drone spraying starts from $60/ha (minimum $300). Drone spreading from $50/ha (minimum $300). NDVI crop health analysis from $20/ha (minimum $200). Thermal inspections from $350/hr. Travel is free within 50km of Buccarumbi, then $1.20/km round trip. Use our booking form for an instant cost estimate.

What are the advantages of drone spraying vs traditional methods?

Drrones provide precision application with minimal drift, can access steep or difficult terrain that tractors can't, reduce soil compaction, use less water per hectare, and can operate in conditions that ground rigs can't. Ideal for macadamia inter-rows, sugarcane, and horticultural crops with narrow row spacing.
